Texas Laws surrounding property management, require that I work with the owner and tenants to set up the lease agreement to include an efficient method in which the tenants pay all monies (rent, deposits, and fees) directly to the owner of the property. I then provide monthly or quarterly financial reports as well as a year end analysis statement each year for accounting purposes.
